If you have a baseline of skill and experience but are looking for the next edge in speed and efficiency\, this course is for you. There are performance gains to be realized for both the competitive and tactical/defense oriented shooter. This is an advanced course and there isn’t time allotted for correcting basic gun handling and safety issues; be ready to hit the ground running! \n\nThis class will cover and demonstrate:\n\n\nOptimal draw characteristics \n\n\nRecoil control \n\n\nTarget transitions \n\n\nSight tracking \n\n\nTrigger control \n\n\nShooting on the move \n\n\nReloads \n\n\nRequired Equipment\n\n\n500 rounds pistol ammunition \n\n\nFull size pistol\, G19/17 or equivalent \n\n\nAt least 3 magazines \n\n\nServiceable holster and mag carriers \n\n\nIFAK; tourniquet at minimum \n\n\nEye protection (sunglasses or prescription eyeglasses are acceptable) \n\n\nEar protection\, preferably electronic \n\n\nNote taking gear \n\n\nSunscreen \n\n\nSeasonally appropriate clothing \n\n\nHat \n\n\nWater and food (bring a lunch) \n\n\nGood attitude\, and anything else required to facilitate your learning
